ir. drs. Robin Storms MRICS
Robin Storms studied Architecture at the Technical University of Eindhoven and then Business Studies at the Erasmus University of Rotterdam. In 1986 Robin started his career at Wilma Development and switched to Philips Corporate Real Estate in 1990. At Philips, Robin was responsible for managing the real estate for Philips in the Netherlands and abroad. This includes the expansion of Philips in the Netherlands, such as the Philips High Tech Campus in Eindhoven and the new HQ projects in Eastern Europe. He continued his further career in 2000 with the asset management of real estate portfolios and with the acquisition of commercial real estate in Europe for (international) investors. He was a director of investment portfolios of Dutch, Irish and German institutional real estate investors. Robin has extensive knowledge of, and experience in asset management, consultancy and real estate transactions. Robin is loyal, result-oriented, analytical and delivers added value to his clients. Robin is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors.
