RHODIUM has acquire Fleminglaan 10 in Rijswijk.

Storms International Property Services has advised an Irish Group (CUAN CV/Ocean Capital Ltd.) on the sale of appr. 4.000 m2 of offices at the Fleminglaan 10 in Rijswijk.

Rhodium has bought the property, which is currently vacant. The new owner will modernize the property for flex-office purposes.

A purchase price has not been disclosed by the parties. Thanks to Nadorp Bedrijfsmakelaars, who concluded the transaction in cooperation with Storms IPS on behalf of the Seller and thanks to Taylor Wessing for their legal support.

Intervest Offices & Warehouses opent een kantoor in Eindhoven

Intervest Offices & Warehouses heeft een kantoor in Eindhoven geopend om haar activiteiten in Nederland te ondersteunen en verder te ontwikkelen.

Vanuit de nieuwe vestiging in Eindhoven zal de Nederlandse logistieke portefeuille van Intervest beheerd worden. Vandaag de dag bestaat die uit een 10-tal logistieke objecten met daarnaast twee projecten in aanbouw.

Voor het property- en asset management van de Nederlandse portefeuille werkt Intervest samen met Storms International Property Services.

A PRIVATE INVESTOR ACQUIRES BASIC FIT AND PATHÉ IN BREDA

Storms International Property Services has advised an Irish investment group (Ocean Capital Ltd.) on the sale of approximately 7,500 m2 of leisure at the Chasséveld 15 in Breda.

A private investor has bought the leisure, which is let to Basic Fit (approximately 1,940 m2) and Pathé (5,330 m2).

Earlier in 2021, the leases with both tenants were extended on a long-term basis and in line with the market.

A purchase price has not been disclosed by the parties. Thanks to Hans Staal of StSt Real Estate advisors, who concluded the transaction jointly on behalf of the seller and Huub Stroom and Clause Bunge of law firm Taylor Wessing Eindhoven for their legal support.
